Job Description: Job Title – J2EE architectwork location - Alexandria VA Duration - 5 years Start date -2-3 weeks Longterm salaried Arena Technical, LLC position Must have a greencard or U.S. citizenship - BS degree - 10-15 years of JAVA/J2EE development and architecture with Security experience. - Knowledge of NIST 800 and 53. - Will act as liason between organization within the agency, as well as contractors. - Superb written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills - Must have experience with System Design documentation and SDLC methodology - Define system strategy, develop systems requirements, design, prototype and test functional solutions for implementation. Must be experienced in SDLC methodology. - Meets challenges with resourcefulness; Generates suggestions for improving work; Develops innovative approaches and ideas - Persistent in solving problems and meeting goals - Extensive experience with the following technologies: Java/J2EE, Spring/Struts, Client Side Web 2.0 technologies (e.g. Dojo), Oracle, Reporting tolls (e.g. WebFocus (preferred)/Crystal Report /Business Objects), ETL tools (e.g. Informatica(preferred)/DataStage), ESB (e.g. MuleSource(preferred)/any other standard ESB) - Java, JSP, Struts, JavaScript, Hibernate, Oracle Database - Java, WebLogic 8.1, Hibernate, MVC, Performance Tuning, WLI - Java, J2EE, Web Services, SOA / SOAP, Spring, Hibernate, WebSphere - Java, J2EE, WebLogic 9.x, Spring, ANT, JMeter, JUnit, Patterns - Java, J2EE, Architecture, WebLogic 9.x, Spring, ANT, JMeter, JUnit, Oracle 9i/10g, Legacy environments, - Java, J2EE, WebLogic, SOAP, complete SDLC, information flow
