Interaction Designer

Location: Alexandria, VA

Longterm Arena Technical, LLC position

Key responsibilities and skills:
·ÔResponsible for defining the User Personae and the Interactions they have.
·ÔOrganizes and develops the screen wire-frames, mock-ups, and clickable demos.
·ÔMaintains those requirements that directly show up on the screen. Ensures that the other requirements can be achieved via some form of system interaction (whether response or notification; whether automated or not).
·ÔWorks closely with Requirements Analyst.
·ÔDevelops the UI standards (GUI Redbook).
·ÔEnsures the System UI “solves the user’s problem” and “makes the user successful”.
