Job Description: Seeking a Lead Investment Manager (IM) for a full time position in Washington, DCo The Lead Investment Manager shall hold at minimum a bachelors degree or higher, preferably with a business or technology management concentration. o The IM shall have at least 1 year experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) as a management tool, for monitoring project performance, during the Control phase of the CapitalPlanning & Investment Control (CPIC) process, as required by OMB Circular A-11 Part 7, Section 300. o The IM shall have at least 3 years experience working with the CPIC processes throughout theinvestment cycle. o The IM shall have at least 2 years experience preparing Control Reviews for performing investments.
