Job Description: We are seeking a Lead Technical Architect (LTA) for a full time position in Washington, DCo The Lead Technical Architect shall hold at minimum a bachelors degree or higher, preferably with an information technology concentration. o The LTA shall also possess professional IT certifications from an accredited certification program,comparable to at minimum either – Certified IT Architect or Master Certified IT Architect. o The LTA shall have at minimum 2 years experience leading a team of technical development resources o The LTA shall have Team management experience such as conflict resolution, leading individuals in a team structure. o The LTA shall have the ability to recognize the interplay between technical design models and othertechnology practices, such as FISMA or implementing rules driven by NIST SP 800-53 and similar. o The LTA shall have experience establishing a technical vision and documenting that vision in SOPs or internal design guidelines. o The LTA shall have experience managing stakeholder requirements and impact on design practicesapproved by technical governance bodies. o The LTA shall have experience directing and tracking compliance by development staff withestablished software and solutions design principles.
