Job Description: We are seeking a Crystal Reports Developer for a temp-to-perm position in Rockville, MDAll candidates must be a US Citizen or Greencard holder. Requires a 6 to 8 week background check No candidate can have left the US for more than 30 consecutive days in the last 7 years Standard Job Description: Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. Candidate will be involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system, documents testing and maintenance of system corrections. Specific Job Description: Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 2-4 years of experience in design of Crystal Reports. The candidate must have hands-on experience on Crystal Reports architecture work, creating new components, libraries, metadata and related framework components. Candidate should have experience with Crystal Reports 2008 on Crystal Enterprise Server, Web Intelligence, XCelsius, Voyager and knowledge of MS SQL Server 2005/2008. Candidate should have working experience in writing SQL and Stored procedures, strong in technology concepts and technology best practices, excellent oral and written communications skills, excellent debugging and problem solving skills, high level of initiative , and MUST be a team player.
