Job Description: Position:ÔSenior C/C++ UNIX DeveloperLocation:ÔSkillman, NJ Must have equities experience with strong C and C++ on UNIX(run, compile, execute, etc...). Plus the typical, Data Structures, Algorithms, Problem Solving, etc... Seeking driven and dedicated developers to join our fast-paced team. Developers contribute to all phases of software engineering ranging from requirements through release. Candidates should exhibit strategic thinking, an aggressive drive, and an aptitude for engineering quality software. Leadership, management, and mentoring experience also highly valued. Interest in developing financial applications is a plus. Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science - 5-8 years of software development experience in C and C++- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, OO Design Concepts - Experience with and/or interest in full software development life cycle activities: requirements management, technical design, implementation, testing/release- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Experience with enhancing and maintaining mission-critical software in a fast-paced environment is a plus but not necessary- Financial knowledge is a plus
