Job Description: JOB DESCRIPTION: This position will serve as the technical lead for a Salesforce.com CRM implementation, with additional application development responsibilities. This position will report to the CRM Application Development Manager, and will be responsible for the following: - Primary responsibility for coding, unit testing and creating supporting documentation for application development tasks - Provide direction and technical guidance to a junior developer - Collaborate with product architects, other application development teams and infrastructure support teams to complete design, development and support activities - Interface with internal business teams to complete development and support activities1.- 5+ years application development experience 2:- 2+ years experience developing applications for the Salesforce.com platform 3:- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com platform out-of-the-box functionality and configuration 4:- Strong working knowledge of APEX (classes and web services), Visual Force, S-Controls, Web Services API, SOQL, Force.com platform 5:- Certified Force.com Developer (DEV-401) or equivalent experience 6:- Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent experience 7:- Experience building integrations with Salesforce.com. Experience with Cast Iron is preferred but not required. 8.- Strong communication skills ADDITIONAL SKILLS:1: solid understanding of relational database and SOA concepts2: strong working knowledge of XML, HTML/DHTML, Javascript3: Familiarity with SDLC and software development methodologies4: demonstrated experience building applications that consume web services
