Job Description: Job Title: Communications Specialist/TrainerClearance Required: DoD Secret Clearance temp-to-perm position Job Description: The Communications Specialist candidate will work directly with our Training Developer to deliver ITSM training, Executive ITSM Briefs, ITIL Certification Training, and training for ITSM tools and processes. Ability to translate technology concepts into clear and concise delivery forms for technical and non-technical personnel. Ensure accuracy and relevance of existing training materials and work with Training Developer to update curriculum and materials in a timely manner. Must be able to deliver just-in-time training as needed. Must consistently meet or exceed metric criteria for training evaluations. Experience Requirements: 8-10 years of related experience preparing and editing technical documentation. ITIL V3 Foundation and a minimum of 4 - V3 intermediate credits required, ITIL V3 Expert Preferred. Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree in English, Journalism or a related discipline. US Citizenship Required
