Job Description: Job Title: QA Technical LeadThis opportunity represents a technical lead position, working in a large government agency (Commerce) in downtown DC, convenient to metro. This is a long-term opportunity with our client, and for the first 1000 billable hours you will be a fully benefitted ATR employee. Following the initial period, our client and you have the opportunity of working directly. Standard Job Description: The ideal candidate should have: 1) Experience in leading small to medium size teams 2) Experience working in the federal agency environment 3) Certification and training in IEEE, ITIL and other QA/process improvement areas 4) Understand software testing, validation and systems integration 5) Developed QA and Quality Control surveillance and monitoring plans 6) 10 years minimum experience overall 7) Implemented QA program implementation plans 8) Understands configuration management and organizational change 9) Performed implementation of performance metric dashboards 10) Performed QA audits Required Skills: Quality Assurance (QA) Background QA certifications Must have Lead experience (managed staff) Business Process Reengineering (BPR) experience QA implementation planning & execution experience. Preferred: Bachelors Degree US Citizenship PMP certification
