Job Title: Change Management Engineer
Clearance Required: DoD Secret Clearance
Job Description:
Leveraging ITIL V2 & V3 skill sets in support of developing and documenting Change management procedures, work instructions and documenting supporting technology requirements in support of process execution.Responsible for controlling additions, modifications or removal of anything that could have an effect on IT Services. Receives logs, allocates a priority, or rejects all Requests for Changes.Develop and implement detailed workflows and procedures. Track and communicate technical and information requirements. Addresses and corrects any issues with the operation of the process by interfacing with the Government. Define and agree to key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the process, review KPIs, and improved the performance of the process. Represent service monitoring in regular meeting and provide process updates to management. Serve as the chair on the Change Advisory Board. Produces regular and accurate management reports.
Experience Requirements:
7+ years as a Change Manager; managing change within a Datacenter. Prior experience serving as a Change Advisory Board Member. ITIL V3 Foundations, ITIL V3 Service Transition or Release Control and Validation certification.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience. Masters degree preferred.
