Job Description: Enterprise Resource PlanningOracle EBS HCM Application Development Support Approximate Start Date:ÔApril 5, 2010 - 4 month project with possible extension Location: Rockville, Maryland Candidate must be a Greencard holder or U.S. citizen Scope of Work: 1) Candidate will develop Reports, Forms, Extension, Conversions, Fast Formulas, and Work Flows for R 12 Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project for the Department of Technology Services TechMod team. 2) Summary of Initial Duties • Develop Reports, Forms, Extension, Conversions, Fast Formulas, and Work Flows for Oracle EBS HCM Rel. 12. • Will Provide Administrative Programming and Analyst Support for Discoverer Plus, BI Oracle HR, and Payroll applications. • May be required to provide Programming and Analyst Support for all other Oracle delivered applications and several other systems developed with the Oracle Tool. • May be required to work with systems that are developed in something other than Oracle. • Will work directly with users to solve problems • Will be expected to analyze problems, develop technical solutions, and deliver the solution independently. 3) Experience Required • Knowledge of Oracle EBS HCM with at least three implementations of EBS HCM with focus on HR, Payroll, and Benefits. • Forms, OA Framework, Forms Personalization, Oracle • Functional knowledge of Oracle HR and Payroll Applications. • Minimum of 5 years of experience using PL/SQL, Oracle • Experience must include actually development of code not just implementation of existing systems. • Strong technical background as related to the Oracle database • Reports, OBIEE, Oracle SOA Tool sets • Experience in implementing R12 Oracle EBS / PeopleSoft in Service Oriented Environment • 3 Full Cycle of ERP Implementation 4) Mandatory Toolset • Oracle SQL plus and PL/SQL • Experience or expertise in any Oracle delivered Application (especially version 12) 5) Desirable Toolset • Java Development using Oracle Database (Special consideration if Oracle Applications JDeveloper as well) • Experience or expertise PeopleSoft Pension development and Support • Oracle PL/SQL, UNIX Shell Script, Oracle Application APIs • OA Framework, Oracle Forms, JDeveloper, Custom PLL, Forms Personalization, Oracle Workflow • Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, OBIEE • Web Services, XML, XSD, WSDL • ESB, BPEL Process Manager, ODI 6) Highly Desirable Toolset • Working knowledge of AIA and SOA • Java, Java Scripts • Oracle BI Publisher • Oracle Portal Development • Oracle HRMS Fast Formulas • Oracle Data Warehouse Ô
