Job Description:

TIMEFRAME:ÔÔÔ12 – 24 months

Change Administrator:
ÔThe following skills will be needed to perform the job:
·ÔMust be able to pass EOD Federal clearance.
·ÔGood written and verbal communication skills.
oÔConduct meetings
oÔCreate minutes
oÔCreate Process documents
oÔEmail communication with clients, requestors, implementers
oÔAbility to speak in front of client and leadership
oÔInterface with new clients
oÔResolve Conflict without impact to relationships of support teams and Client.
·ÔChange Management process improvements
oÔIdentify areas needing improvements and recommend solutions
oÔImprove customer satisfaction
oÔReduce work effort in getting the job done
·ÔKnowledge of Change Management tools
oÔKnowledge of Remedy is a plus
oÔAble to define tool that has been used
·ÔReport Generation
oÔAbility to produce reports through the use of Microsoft Office tool set to include: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access a plus
oÔAbility to identify trends and document impact leading to improvements
·ÔProcess Changes following Change Management Process Guide.
oÔAbility to read and understand requirements of HP as well as the Client.
oÔReview documents for content and completeness
oÔAbility to understand impact of changes in all support teams within the account.
·ÔNeed to be flexible on work hours.
·ÔRotate in on-call pool in support of the Change Management

Clearance Requirement: ÔU.S. Citizen; Capable of Obtaining a Security Clearance
Degree: ÔBachelor's Degree preferred or 2-5 Years Equivalent Experience
Schedule: ÔÔÔ24 by 7 – Shift work
Travel:ÔÔÔÔMinimal, if any
