Standard Job DescriptionÔ Develops, plans, and conducts public relations and goodwill programs to improve and support company business objectives with the public, industry, stockholders, and/or employees. Plans, prepares, writes and disseminates information utilizing print and broadcast media; magazines, speeches, scripts, intranet and Internet website. Submits photographs; assigns and/or approves artwork. May represent the company at press conferences, briefings and presentations on company issues. May participate and support advertising campaigns, and/or edit material for organization publications. May supervise work of outside consultants.Ô

Specific Job DescriptionÔ This position will provide overall NRC Program in reach and outreach communication (at all personnel levels) between LM and the NRC customer and coordinate within the LM program across functions (non-technical/technical groups, and subcontractors). Work will all be performed in accordance to NRC federal standards and ITIL frameworkMain responsibility will be to:1) create and ensure implementation of the Communication Plan and Outreach Plan2) Serve as a Customer Service Representative and primary contact for all customer levels3) Manage and support all activities associated with the NRC Strategic & Service portfolio alignment. In coordination with HR and service delivery managers4) Will develop an employee In reach program to indoctrinate our program team in the contract terms and our approach to customer service and the service culture. Designs and delivers programs to communicate with all levels of personnel. Develops visual aids, mass emails, Web postings and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of communications activities5) Keeps abreast of communications research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques6) Develops programs and practices to identify communications needs, including consulting with customers to enable effective communications7) May evaluate and/or oversee contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer communications programsKeeps abreast of communications research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. Develops programs and practices to identify communications needs, including consulting with customers to enable effective communications.Will have experience working with the many functional organizations and support groups within LM, the customer, and other service providers required to complete the customer service management functions for an Enterprise Service Delivery Contract.Will support development and delivery of all applicable contract documents, LM internal program documents, reports, customized processes/procedures, mitigate/investigate issues, and other tasks/activities required to support successful execution of all identified requirements and responsibilities across all functional and program areasWill support the delivery of services that continuously meet NRC and LM specified performance standards, deliverables, and Service Level Agreements are continuously met in entirety. Will communicate and work directly/indirectly with the customer and with all ITISS Program functional areas and other service providers to meet these standards

Typical MinimumsÔ Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
