Job Description: Program ManagerLocation: Washington, D.C. Arena Technical, LLC salaried position Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and possess a current clearance. 7 year contract. The Program Manager is a senior manager responsible for coordinating the management of all work performed under this contract. The Program Manager is ultimately responsible for coordinating the efforts of subcontractors, team members, vendors, etc. The Program Manager shall act as the liaison with the Department and shall have the full authority to act for the Contractor in the performance of the required work and services under all task orders. The Projgram Manager works independently or under the general direction of senior level Contractor business management on all phases of performance, including ontract management, project, task order management, coordination of resource needs, coordination with corporate resources and management, and has direct accountability for the technical project correctness, timeliness and quality assurance of deliverables. The Program Manager shall have broad and deep knowledge of the IT industry, PMBOK (project management body of knowledge), business administration, and human resource management. Program Manager to be Project Management Professional (PMP) certified. Shall have excellent oral and written communications skills. 15 + years of experience Prior DOJ experience is a plus
