Job Description:

Seeking a Help Desk Tier 1 Analyst for a direct hire position

Candidates must have an active Top Secret Clearance

Must have good communication skills, and be able to speak clearly and concisely over the phone.

Should have 6 months to 2 years of basic help desk experience.

Must be able to work with in and troubleshoot Outlook. Troubleshooting will be as basic as "how to add a contact to their address book". Will be asked in an interview how to do this.

Being able to troubleshoot basic MS Office questions is a requirement
