Job Description: Planner/scheduler LevelSite Location MD Start Date : Immediate Job Description: Provide expertise and support in the area of Project Planning, to include all aspects of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), reports and analysis, and Project and Contract Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) to support the achievement of business objectives using best practices. Ensure all Program, Project and Contract artifacts conform to the single numbering system and scope allocation established by the WBS. Establish and maintain IMS standards and processes and assist in the evaluation of program compliance with schedule and planning processes and methodologies. Support IMS structure management and overall planning activities. Support identification and automation of schedule metrics. Define and assist with IMS reporting status and report issues. Ensure IMSs are tightly integrated with cost and risk. To the extent practical, ensure IMSs are fully networked to support critical path analysis and total float management. Assist with critical path creation and evaluation. Support and monitor the establishment of the measurement Baselines for Program Project and Contract work as it relates to planning and scheduling in preparation for support of management reviews. Provide EVM and schedule build-out support to program Cost Account Managers and Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads. Assist with general project management expertise as required. The individual must have the following skills: . Knowledge and experience in strategic program planning o Critical path analysis o Schedule MR management practices o Integration with cost and risk . Knowledge of best practices for planning and scheduling . Knowledge of EVM - preferable but not required . Must have the following skills: o Artemis . Skills/Experience : The individual must have the following skills: . o Knowledge and experience in strategic program planning o Critical path analysis o Schedule MR management practices o Integration with cost and risk . Knowledge of best practices for planning and scheduling . Knowledge of EVM - preferable but not required . They must have the following skills: o Artemis . o Overall years of IT PM experience: 5 - 10 year
