Description:
JIS is in the process of converting the LCMS to a new J2EE Architecture. The new architecture includes IBM pSeries Servers, Oracle 11g database and application servers, and Apache Web servers. JIS utilizes CVS for change management for software developed in the new architecture. The resources will provide support and maintenance to the JIS project portfolio of applications including but are not limited to: Project Description: Develop a framework to push events from current legacy systems to a central location where they can subsequently be pushed to external partners. Project Description: Design and implement the transformation of legacy data and structures to a common enterprise model. This project requires detailed expertise of the following: Ô1. Complete knowledge of the data structures in all of the legacy systems. This also includes the data structures for Court Case Management Systems. Coordination of legacy code mappings in all legacy systems with the AOC Data Definitions. 3. Complete understanding of the common enterprise target structure. Since the target structure is evolving, developers must constantly make decisions based on their global domain expertise in order to expand the target model. This project is critical for a successful migration of the data enterprise to the new CMS.
C. Image Storage Project Description: District Court warehouse archiving of criminal jackets. D. MACRO Address System Project Description: Legacy interoperability with the new J2EE based Mediation system E. Warrant System Project Description: Near real-time warrant events feed and interoperability with the Department of Public Safety and Corrections. F. Charging Database Project Description: A complete rewrite of the Charging Database System into our new J2EE architecture. The Charging Database interacts with all other CMS systems.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or five years of equivalent experience in a related field. A Master's Degree is preferred. A Master’s Degree in one of the above disciplines equals one year specialized and two years general experience. Ô2.9.2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills and coordination and organizational skills.
Ô2.9.3 Five years of experience where JAVA development skills were applied.
Level of expertise in a variety of database and technical services, including but not limited to data warehousing and related technologies. Additionally, must collectively possess expertise in the following: Ôa. Knowledge and experience of JAVA programming b. Knowledge and experience with Oracle 11g Application Server c. Knowledge and experience with Oracle 11g database d. Knowledge and experience with Oracle SSO and Identity Management e. Knowledge and experience with Oracle BI Publisher f. Knowledge and experience with Apache Web Services g. Knowledge and experience with J2EE and SOA Architectures h.
