Job Description:

Seeking a Senior Help Desk Analyst for a direct hire position

Candidates must have an active Top Secret Clearance

Must have good communication skills, and be able to speak clearly and concisely over the phone.

Should have 4 or more years of help desk experience.

Must be able to work with in and troubleshoot Outlook. Troubleshooting will be as basic as "how to add a contact to their address book". Will be asked in an interview how to do this. Or as complex as "how to reveal formatting codes"

Must be able to troubleshoot basic MS Office questions

Precious shift leader experience in a plus
