Job Description: Job Duties/Functions (brief summary of major responsibilities): ·The operation and maintenance support shall include, but not be limited to the following: o Architect solutions for current configurations per requests from FBI on HP hardware and software. o Provide recommendations and solutions for HP related EMS tool suites Resolve or assist in the resolution of all HP related hardware or software issues escalated by HP Operations and Maintenance support contractor. o Provide an overall architecture of current and future state to help identify current tool suite for replacement Tune Network Node Manager (NNM) to provide only top 10 events Integrate Network Node Manager (NNM) events into Operations for Windows Monitor syslog server events Perform maintenance on all implemented HP EMS tools routinely Continue to optimize the performance of implemented HP EMS tools Assist the FBI with the installation of any FBI purchased enhancements to the HP related EMS tool suite. oTune Operations Manager for Windows Ô
