Job Description: **This is a proposal effort for our client in Beltsville, MD. If won, the position will be a 6 month temp-to-perm.All resumes along with LOI are due by July 27. Subject Matter Expert – BMC Remedy Application Expert. The contractor will supply a Subject Matter Expert with demonstrated experience in the integration and implementation of BMC Remedy 7.x or higher toolset into an organization that supports up to 50,000 end users and has IT support staff of approximately 1000 people. This experience must include demonstrated experience with the implementation of incident, change, release, asset, problem and knowledge management modules of the BMC Remedy 7.x or higher tool set.
