Job Description: ATR is seeking a J2EE software developer supporting a military customer in Herndon, VA. This position encompasses analysis, development and testing of new capabilities that will be integrated into an existing J2EE Server application. The ideal candidate for this position will need to be able to work with an existing team of Senior and Junior programmers. It would be beneficial if you had any type of Military Personnel knowledge. The following is a description the position.·ÔParticipates as a member in a development team of 2-5 developers ·ÔComplete development to implement simple to complex components. ·ÔContribute to analysis/design activities. ·ÔDevelop independently; participate in design/code reviews ·ÔDesigns, prepares and executes unit tests. ·ÔCreates/modifies use cases, test cases ·ÔResolving development and client testing issues ·ÔProvides time / resource estimates for assigned tasks. ·ÔCommunicates with cross functional teams and Military Human Resource personnel Education and Experience Required: ·Ô Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of system development life cycle experience. ·ÔDoD Secret Clearance but can begin work w/ an Interim DoD
