Description:
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / SECRETARY / OFFICE MANAGER
Function: Provides direct support to the Kuwait Liaison Office, M1A2 Program, Responsibilities include, but are not limited to distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence, photocopying, maintaining office files, ordering office supplies, preparing various forms and correspondence, answering telephones, and making travel arrangement. The Administrative Assistant / Secretary/ Office Manager shall be responsible for the administration and management of office reports and correspondence.
Education: High School Diploma.
Experience / Requirement: a. Two years experience as an office Administrative Assistant / Secretary / Office Manager. b. Type at least Forty (40) words per minute (wpm). c. Ability to read, write, and speak Arabic desirable, but not mandatory. d. U.S. citizen e. Skilled in Personnel Computer (PC) usage and shall be proficient in the Microsoft family of software, to include as a minimum: (1) MS Word, (2) MS Excel, and (3) MS Outlook.
