Job Description: Job Title: Principal Systems EngineerLocation: ÔMaxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, AL Clearance Required: Secret Job Description: We are seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to support the Capabilities Integration Environment (CIE) System Integrator Support contract at Gunter AFB in Montgomery AL.Duties will encompass all of the Systems Engineer / Systems Technician and include the following: analysis of customer technical and business requirements, design and integration of new technologies into new and existing systems including the transition and migration of corporate systems. Provide detailed design documentation in industry standard formats such as UML class, state and sequence diagrams. Create and maintain Use Cases and Work Flow documents in industry standard formats. Review and validate Interface Requirements Agreements (IRA), System Level Agreements (SLA) and other inter-party technical documents. Provide integration, testing and deployment scenarios and scripts to implement applications on a broad range of complex computer systems and platforms. Isolates and resolves complex hardware and software problems involving the application, the operating system, the hardware, the communications infrastructure, or any combination. Experience Requirements: 8-10 years of related systems engineering experience.Extensive experience in 3 or more of the following technical areas is highly desired:IBM Websphere, IBM DB2, IBM MQ, IBM Rational, Oracle Application Server, Oracle 10g, Oracle 11g, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Fusion Middleware.net and/or MS developer certifications, Java developer certifications, PMP, DoDaF, CMMIELSG, SEPProvision, SOA Systems Integrator ERPHP, Quality Center, Winrunner, Loadrunner, Test Director, Solaris Experience with the 754th CIE is a plus Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or technical training and five years systems engineering experience whose primary focus is on the implementation and support of enterprise products and services. or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
