Information Systems sector is seeking a Technical Recruiters for 2 locations

This position will be home-based, however the main office is located in the Chantilly, VA and person needs be local to the area for meetings/ appts., etc. The qualified applicant will partner with Systems Talent Acquisition team supporting the Civil Systems Division. This position is responsible for full life cycle recruiting in a high-volume, fast paced environment and responsibilities include:
* Recruit for a broad range of technical and non-technical skill sets, many of which require US Security Clearances
* Manage all individual recruiting activity in ATS while complying with OFCCP regulations and internal employment policies and procedures.
* Use expert level of knowledge in full-life cycle recruiting including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing and candidate relationship management while providing guidance to hiring managers and maintaining excellent customer service throughout the selection process.
* Manage competing demands while being adaptable and flexible to changing business requirements. Will apply proactive procedures to source and find candidates utilizing internet job boards, networking organizations, advance internet sourcing, employee referrals and unique sourcing strategies to fill open positions.
* Serve as communication liaison for the hiring process, to include providing timely feedback to internal candidates and not best qualified candidates.
* Maintain awareness of changes in marketplace on a local as well as national level, create new avenues and contacts for recruitment, and maintain standard recruiting reporting metrics.
* Participate in on-campus and on-site events including but not limited to career fairs, information sessions, networking opportunities, Open Houses, and other events as needed. Will drive talent acquisition goals as related to but not limited to Diversity, Proposal support, Military and other hiring goals and objectives.
* Partner with HR Business Leaders, Hiring Managers and other partners to plan and implement creative, successful staffing strategies that meet business goals.
* Attend client base meetings as relevant to staffing, director staff meetings as needed.
* Participate in special projects as needed.Ô Ô

Minimum Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

US Citizenship

Bachelors degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
* 10 plus years of technical full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced environment.
* A proven track record in sourcing and recruiting candidates in a high-volume and fast-paced environment, utilizing various resources and proactive recruiting techniques.
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
* Possess good organization and time management skills in managing multiple priorities to meet required deadlines.
* Must be comfortable and effective in communicating to diverse audiences.
* Results-orientated and the ability to achieve desired outcomes.
* Strong organization, multi-tasking and communication skills, and the ability to complete objectives with minimal supervision.
* Individual must be highly collaborative, with the demonstrated ability to team successfully with all levels of professionals. Strong teamwork and collaborative skills at various levels in a professional environment, coupled with the ability to influence outcomes and results.
* Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining rapport with hiring managers.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of products (Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Capability to work from a virtual office which should include: long distance phone line, printing, and internet access.

Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate will also have/possess:
* Experience recruiting in the Taleo applicant Tracking system
* Experience working for a Federal government contractor
* High level proficiency using AIRS and other sourcing tools
* Access to established recruiting networks and online resume databasesÔ Ô Ô
