Job Description: ÔProposal effort 5 year contract Program Management Citizenship Required Location: Herndon, VA Responsible for managing a large, complex program or several smaller complex programs. Develops and monitors program objectives, budgets, and schedules and is responsible for all contractual, administrative, and financial aspects of the program. Budgeting and Program Support BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with 15 years in a related field. * PM, Planning and Integration Support * Program Tracking and Rec's * Budgeting and programming * Cost Estimating and Analysis * EVMS Support * Financial management, execution, validation, and reporting * External Controls * Metric development * International Programs Support required for some positions
