Job Description: Proposal effortManagement Analyst 5 year contract Citizenship Required Location: Herndon, VA Provide advanced troubleshooting and engineering analysis to ensure the proper operation and performance of customer products and/or services by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex desktop computer system's software, hardware and network connectivity problems. Conducts engineering analysis and ensure the quality of service to the organization's customers. Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to Information Technology specialists. May be involved in customer installation and training. * Experience with Contingency Planning Support * Enterprise Architecture and Program Planning Support experience * Organizational Assessment Experience * Risk Management Support Experience * Experience with Strategic Planning Support 11-14+ Years with High School or 7-10+ Years with Associates or 5-8+ Years with Bachelors or 3-6+ Years with Masters or 1-3+ Years with PhD
