Job Description: ProposalSenior Engineer 5 year contract Citizenship Required Location: Herndon, VA Designs, defines and implements complex total system requirements. Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Determines system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system. Identifies, analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies. Develops and recommends corrective actions. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. * Experience with C4ISR Engineering Support * Engineering Services, to include Process and Safety Engineering experience * IS Development, IA and IT Support Experience * Interoperability support * R&D Support Experience * Experience with Studies and analyses repated to PM, Engineering, and Technical Services * Experience providing support for progrmatic, engineering and technical processes * Experience providing System Engineering Support * Experience doing technology research and feasibility support * Experience with test and evaluation and trials support 2-8yrs+ Years with Bachelors or 0-5+ Years with Masters or 0+ Years with PhD
