Job Description: Job Title: Multimedia SpecialistLocation: Stafford, VA Ô Job Description: Participate as a member of our IT operations team to provide Tier 1 system administration and hardware diagnostics of VTC/desktop systems connected to local and wide area networks. System management responsibilities for all aspects of VTC support services before, during, and after to establish or restore VTC services. Perform hardware deployment, account monitoring, operating system installation, information assurance, COMSEC, VTC and telecommunication support services. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Experience Requirements: The candidate will be a member of the team whose focal point for all VTC and meeting requests made by the MARCORSYSCOM elements. Duties will encompass ensuring all telephonic and electronic mail coordination and confirmation relating to requested conferences have been accomplished. Additionally, candidate will be expected to perform basic troubleshooting tasks, hardware and/or software, to ensure all VTCs and meeting requests are successfully accomplished and concluded. Candidate will be responsible for monitoring any and all help desk notifications, updating and closing out as appropriate, regarding VTC and meeting request submissions. Positive attitude and maintaining outstanding customer support along with amiable telephone courtesy and work professionalism is a MUST. Education Requirements: Requires BS/BA degree.
