Job Description: Job Title: SACM ManagerLocation: Kansas City, MO Clearance Required: Secret Clearance Job Description: Responsible for implementing the organization's service asset and configuration policy and standards. Responsible for managing the end to end Service Asset and Configuration Management Process, and manages the configuration plan, plans the population of the CMS, central libraries, tools, codes and data. Addresses and corrects any issues with the operation of the process by interfacing with the Government. Define and agree to key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the process, review KPIs, and improved the performance of the process. Represent service monitoring in regular meeting and provide process updates to management. Produces regular and accurate management reports. Experience Requirements: 5+ years of BMC Atrium experience up to and including version 7.5 ITIL V3 Foundations, ITIL V3 Service Transition or Release Control and Validation certification. Education Requirements: 1.Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.2.Masters Degree Preferred.
