Job Description: Job Title: Operations AnalystLocation: Kansas City, MO Clearance Required: DoD Secret Clearance Job Description: The Operations Analyst supports the EITC Operations Manager by performing backup and recovery analysis, event management analysis and trending reports. This position also coordinates facilities management analysis and reporting on a daily basis, and assists in job schedule activities with the EITC Operations Manager.NGEN experience precludes candidates from consideration on this project. Experience Requirements: 10-15 years of directly related computer systems analysis and/or programmingexperience. Position requires a DoD SECRET clearance. This position is in Kansas City, MO working with the USMC. DoD experience is preferred with knowledge of the Marine Corps IT environment. ITIL Foundations training preferred. Including: • Problem Management • Operational Activities • Service Evaluation • Security ManagementThis position requires Information Assurance Training (IAT) level II certification (for example, GSEC, Security+, SCNP, SSCP). Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
