Job Description: CICS ProgrammerLocation: Atlanta, GAÔ Description: -This person will be responsible for 1 or multiple subsystems on development and/or maintenance assignments. -As part of the new enhancements, modify 20+ CICS programs for the new web portal transition. -Conduct requirements and design meetings for assigned subsystem(s). This will include working with the customer to review their requirements and working with Client staff to design solutions. -Produce required documentation at the Analysis, Requirements, Design, Construction, Testing, and other levels as necessary -Develop, test, and debug CICS application programs from developed specifications. -Conduct/participate in walkthroughs of design documents and developed programs. -Provide leadership to team of programmer/analysts. -Work with senior managers to plan, organize and prioritize activities for the team and promote team development and project capabilities. -Review work of team members, conduct performance evaluations, be on-call and provide on-call assistance to team members when required.
