Job Description: Sharepoint DeveloperLocation: Rockville, MD We have a long-term opportunity with one of the largest government contractors in the Washington DC area for an Sharepoint Developer. The candidate will be providing both maintenance and new development support for this agency. All candidates must be eligible to pass an extensive 6-8 week background investigation, and can not have been out of the US for more than 30 consecutive days at any point during the last seven years. Required Skills: - 9 years experience with Bachelors - 7 years experience with Masters - SharePoint Server 2007 and 2010 - Visual Studio 2008, 2010 - SharePoint Designer 2007 & 2010 - Infopath 2010 - Microsoft SQL Server Databases - Project Server Development expertise - Crystal Reports experience 2008 - Object-oriented programming - HTML, DHTML, XML - Training Curriculum Development experience Desired Skills: - InfoPath - FrontPage - SilverLight/ASP - Rational Enterprise Suite - JavaScript - 508 Compliance Specific Job Description: Will support the development and implementation an Enterprise Level SharePoint Portal Solution for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). Requirements will include the integration of other agency systems/tools supporting Business Intelligence, Content Management, Communication Integration, and Workflow Management, Calendaring and Scheduling and Data Search capabilities. Will support multiple customers working groups to develop an Enterprise Content Management Strategic Plan as well as working with individual program offices to determine and document Content Management requirements. Will perform Tier 2 SharePoint Help Desk support for SharePoint users in response to submitted Help Desk tickets. Will also be required to develop and conduct customer training sessions for customer executives (Commissioner's) as well as lower level customer personnel. Must have strong communication skills, both orally and written.
