Job Description: Sr. Linux/Windows System AdministratorUS Citizenship required. Experience Required: - 5+ years experience with managing Linux and critical systems - Strong ability to work independently and with a team - Great communication and interpersonal skills - Detailed at writing documentation and keep it up to date - Ability to work under pressure - A proactive nature, disciplined self-motivator and team player Required skills: Hardware: - NetApp NAS storage - Dell & generic x86 troubleshooting - RAID management (PERC, LSI, 3ware) OS: - Administration skills with RedHat Enterprise (5 & 6) & RHN Satellite - VMware ESXi - Basic administration for Debian & Windows 2008. Software: Linux: - Apache (including vhosts, mod_php, & mod_ssl) - Postfix - basic MySQL administration - openSSL certificates & CA signing - iptables & wrappers - SVN Windows: - IIS 7.5 (Windows) - group policy - user management - AWstats Scripting: - BASH - sed - awk Motivation to learn: - NFS - LVM - Puppet - Nagios - LDAP - Tomcat 6 Optional: - Perl or Python scripting Desired certification: RHCE 6 Education Required: - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
