Job Description: Jazz Application Software Developer Analyst, (Business Analyst)Job Description: Must have excellent communication skills, and be able to define and communicate to all stakeholders the activities of each Project. Will be responsible for understanding the needs of the users and stakeholders for the purposes of documenting, prioritizing, and communicating requirements. Will organize and conduct requirements gathering sessions, to support the collection, documentation and communication of these requirements. Key deliverables include use case models and a glossary stored in the Jazz requirements tools such as Rational Requirements Composer. Non-functional requirements are to be captured in a supplementary specification document for the System Architect in designing a responsive and stable architecture. Required Skills: Strong communication skills, verbal and written Analyze user needs and translate them into clear concise requirements. Experience in UML in generating Use Cases Experience in Jazz Rational Team Concert Experience in the Jazz Requirements Composer Experience in Web used application implementations Ability and experience in designing software solutions and implementation of 3-tier web based architecture. Ability to support the creation and maintenance of the architecture and design documents Relational Database application design Object Oriented design expertise Experience in secure Internet application design Desired Skills: Experience in Rational Unified Process (RUP) or Agile development Experience in the Jazz Quality Manager Rational Quality Manager MSSQL Database Section 508 Compliance Microsoft IIS Technology Windows 2008 and/or RedHat Linux development environments JAVA including J2EE, Struts, EJBs, JBDC ASP.Net development experience
