Customer Care Representative/Customer Service Representative

1-2 years CSR call center experience required

Healthcare experience preferred

Bilingual a plus

Must have total availability for the following (NO exceptions)

Mon-Fri 8-7 and Saturdays 9-12 (they will work rotating Saturdays)

Schedules are 8-5/9-6/10-7 + rotating Saturdays

Some mandatory OT


Using a computerized system, responds to customer inquiries in a call center

May perform one or more of the following:

• Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and pr

• Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls

• Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner

• Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs

Provides functional guidance, training and assistance to lower level staff

• Provides assistance, training and troubleshooting support to lower level staff

Schedules work to ensures accurate phone coverage; monitors priority of calls a
nd shifts escalated calls to assure resolution to problems

• Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of inpu

• Assists in planning and implementing department goals and makes recommendation
s to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness

• All other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

- Previous Call Center customer service experience is required.

- Experience supporting government healthcare solutions ie. Medicaid and/or Medi
