Benefits Administrator - Position will support our Open Enrollment functions. Tasks include:
-Reviewing documentation to determine if it supports approving an employee's requested change, researching employee questions and reviewing vendor error reports.
-Applicant will need sound decision-making skills, be able to organize his/her own work, have a strong attention to detail, perform consistently and accurately and complete tasks timely within the assigned deadlines.
-Previous Benefit Administration experience preferred. Applicant must have strong computer skills and be proficient in MS Office.
-Looking for a self-starter, who can listen and take direction well and work in a team environment.
