Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to support an energy
efficiency program office. As an Implementation Specialist, this
individual will be responsible for application quality, program
adherence, and answering customer service calls, emails or faxes. As a
part of the Implementation Specialist team, there will be rotating
Saturday hours to support the call center. The Implementation Specialist
also enters data into various tracking databases, paying close attention
to detail and looking for inconsistencies and adverse trends that could
negatively impact the clients’ programs. This role will also perform a
technical review of all applications submitted. Reviewing applications
to AHRI standards, deemed savings values (kWh and therms), percentage
efficient, and approving the final incentive amount. Assists with
development, tracking and quality assurance of promotional agreements,
and data; also assists with general clerical tasks in support of the
residential energy efficiency programs as assigned by management.
Additional components of this position include:
- Project management for specialized incentive program types;
- Technical application review;
- Incentive payment processing;
- Researching and analyzing data in order to identify specific trends;
- Providing top-notch customer service to all calls;
- Regular communication with customers and utility client;
- Supporting reporting and visual management requirements;
- Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma principles to develop and improve
processes; and
- Miscellaneous special projects as assigned.

- PC, keyboarding, and typing/data entry proficiency.
- Must be able to create/maintain relationships and work effectively

customers.

priorities.
- The ability to work under pressure and to meet frequent deadlines.

Desired Skills:
- Bilingual candidate fluent in Spanish a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel,
Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in energy efficiency preferred, but not required.
- SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience a plus.
Education/Experience Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
(e.g., business, engineering), and/or 3+ years of relevant work
experience.
