Job Title: Sr. Voice Engineer

Eligibility: Candidate must possess an active TS/SCI w/ CI Polygraph
clearance
Job Description:
- Designs and defines system architecture for Mission Voice Platforms
(MVP). To include cross site NETS and IP Spans
- Participate in launch ICE and dress rehearsals.
- Provision instruments, support call scheduling, end-point
troubleshooting, real-time launch console support, and end-user
training
- Tier 3 Network support of Cisco and Juniper equipment in support of
Mission Critical Voice CAN/LAN/WAN
- Develop and document Mission Critical Voice SOPs for engineers and
Knowledge Base articles for end-users
- Work with industry providers from other Government agencies and
commercial providers to ensure seamless call performance
- Reviews completion and implementation of system additions and/or
enhancements and makes recommendations to management and/or clients
