Job Title: Lead OT Asset Visibility and Security Engineer



Location: Falls Church, VA; Morrisville, NC; or Eagan, MN



Eligibility: US Citizenship or Green Card/Permanent Resident required

with the ability to obtain a public trust security clearance.



We’re seeking a Lead Operational Technology (OT) Asset Visibility and

Security Engineer to support a program with the US Postal Service. In

this role, a typical day will include:



- Coordination and workload balancing of the team, facilitating, and

ensuring appropriate technical decisions are made to support

fulfillment of Postal goals and objectives in required timelines.



- Work closely between the technical team and Postal leadership and

architecture and strategy teams to ensure engineered solutions meet

all functional and architectural requirements.



- Analyze user/business software system requirements and determines

needs



- Must have strong demonstrated experience in large enterprise OT

environment including 13+ years of OT security experience and

application of asset visibility solutions towards OT hardware and

software asset management security efforts supporting both OT

operations and security efforts including network access control,

USB attached device control, file integrity monitoring,

vulnerability management, and security event investigation support.



- Must have accredited and relevant college degree (computer science,

information systems, etc.) or congruent work experience.



WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:



Education:



- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical

discipline, preferred but not required.



- NOTE: If resources do not have a relevant college degree, an

additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.



Required Experience:



- Candidates would benefit from having relevant technical

certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, RHCE, CPTE, or CEH)



- Strong oral and written communication skills



- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts



- Build & maintain schedules and step-by-step action plans



- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills



- Demonstrated ability to positively influence peer organization and

key stakeholders. 



Security Clearance Level:



- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and

successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process

requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting



- This position has a U.S. residency requirement. The USPS security

clearance process requires the selected candidate to have resided in

the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for the last five years as

follows: U.S. Citizens cannot have left the U.S. (including U.S.

Territories) for longer than 6 months consecutively in the last 3

years (unless they meet certain exceptions). Non-U.S. Citizens

cannot have left the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for longer

than 90 days consecutively in the last 3 years.
