Job Description:

SME Level: 12 years of experience or Bachelors + 7 years

Intermediate Level: 8 Years of Experience or Bachelors Degree + 3 years

The Cloud Architect will maintain an efficient and cost-effective
migration of data, applications, and other technologies from an
on-premises platform to a cloud-based infrastructure. This job is to
include, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

- Migrating data from on-premises or legacy systems to the Cloud

- Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

- Monitor system health and troubleshoot technical issues.

- Conducting risk assessments

- Identifying technical requirements

- Managing project timelines

- Identifying and recommending opportunities for optimization and cost
savings in the cloud environment

- Working with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met during
and after migration

- Providing post-migration support and addressing any issues that
arise.

- Documenting configurations, processes, and procedures.

- Automating administrative tasks using PowerShell scripts.

- Implement security and compliance policies.

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing.

- Ensuring seamless integration, security, and optimal performance of
Microsoft 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint,
Teams, and OneDrive.

Mandatory Skills

- Cloud Architecture

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to
addressing issues

- PowerShell

- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration
management tasks

- Proven experience as an M365 Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar
role, with a focus on M365 and Azure cloud environments

- Proven experience with Azure cloud services and migration projects.

- Python

- Strong ability to self-organize and prioritize tasks.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen
attention to detail

- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and
OneDrive.

- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices

- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

- Strong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure platforms,
including identity management, authentication mechanisms, and
security controls
Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance.
