What You’ll Do:
CEC is seeking an Administrative Assistant I to provide entry-level
administrative and clerical support to DEA Human Resources offices. This
role supports routine HR administrative tasks and record maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform routine clerical and administrative support tasks
-Enter data into automated systems and maintain HR files
-Prepare, scan, copy, and distribute HR documentation
-Assist HR staff with basic administrative needs
-Create and distribute standard HR reports
Requirements:
-One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-06 Federal HR
Administrative Support Specialist duties
-Ability to perform routine administrative and clerical tasks
-Experience creating and distributing HR reports
-Experience using automated systems to maintain HR files
-Experience using Federal HR and office systems (NFC, eOPF, MS Office
Suite, USA Staffing, EmpowerHR, eQIP)
