Job Description:
- Federal experience supporting Reasonable Accommodation (RA) programs
- Hands-on experience with medical and religious accommodation cases
- Ability to operate independently once tasks are assigned
- Experience supporting (not replacing) an RA Coordinator
- Strong case management skills:
- Intake, tracking, documentation, and follow-up
- Managing RA databases, trackers, and shared folders
- Experience supporting the interactive accommodation process
- Professional judgment within policy boundaries (no final decision
authority)
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Federal experience equivalent to GS-11 or higher
- Experience with ergonomic assessments and ergonomic equipment
coordination
- Experience supporting RA reassessments or appeals
- Familiarity with ADA, Rehabilitation Act, and federal RA procedures
- Prior experience supporting senior leadership or HR programs
Role Notes
- This is not a clerical or junior admin role
- This is not a policy-setting or SES-level role
- Candidate must be comfortable handling sensitive, confidential cases
- Independence and federal RA judgment are critical
