Job Title: Senior Project Controls Engineer – Scheduler
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana (Onsite)

Base Salary : $130,000 - $160,000

Compensation Package

Subsistence of up to $3,000/month

Relocation Reimbursement up to $10,000

Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior Project Controls Engineer – Scheduler to lead scheduling for a large hyperscale data center in Indianapolis. This is a fully onsite role embedded with the project team. You will work directly in the field, collaborating daily with superintendents, trade partners, and leadership to keep the project on track.

Duties:

- Develop and manage a fully logic-tied baseline schedule in Primavera P6 with 2,500 or more activities using CPM best practices and a detailed WBS

- Conduct weekly updates through site walks and trade coordination

- Build P6 layouts to track critical and near-critical paths, filter by trade or zone, and produce clear reports for field and leadership

- Maintain resource-loaded schedules for cost and earned value tracking

- Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and develop mitigation plans

- Deliver monthly schedule packages including .xer files, critical path snapshots, lookaheads, and written narratives

- Analyze large datasets and multiple schedules in Excel

- Mentor junior schedulers and ensure CPM best practices are applied

Skills:

- 5 or more years in commercial construction scheduling or project controls

- Expert-level skills in Primavera P6 and Excel

- Field fluency with a strong understanding of how work is built and the ability to reflect that in schedule logic

- Strong communication skills with both field teams and executives

- Hyperscale data center or mission-critical project experience preferred
